Data Protection

Data that come from individual respondents (companies, institutions or private individuals) are transformed by statistical methods into results which cannot later be traced back to the original, individual data.

During the collection and processing of the research information we uphold the strictest compliance with the relevant national legislation and the international professional recommendations.

In the research projects responding is fully voluntary and the anonymity of respondents is fully ensured.

All data coming from the respondents serve solely the research objectives of Ipsos Insitute. We do not deliver any individually identifiable data to a third party without the permission of the respondents. We never connect researches to any other non-research activities, be it selling or advertising products and services. We take these basic principles into consideration even if a research project is realised via the Internet.

The basic principles described above were compiled according to the Code of Ethics of the ESOMAR (World Association of Opinion and Marketing Research Professionals) and they are laid down in our Data Management and Data Protection Regulation integrated into ISO 9001. During our activity we comply with the legislation for protecting individual data to the full and we undertake a guarantee for this.
